Adbuff promotes a high integrity network that creates value for both publishers and advertisers. One of the ways we achieve this is to only charge an advertiser for an impression when the ad is actually seen by a human visitor. That means if ads are placed at the bottom of a page and the user never scrolls there, the impression will not count.

Additionally, we have some internal caps on how many impressions we will count from a single IP address in a day. If for example 1 user views 100 ads in a day, it is unlikely that all 100 impressions will be counted.

This ensures that advertisers are getting what they are paying for, an impression with a human.
